A carpet company that shows up and does the work
Orlando Carpet Pros started with a simple idea: clean carpets the right way, charge a fair price, and treat people straight. No bait-and-switch coupons. No three-hour sales pitch in your living room. No tech who rushes through in 45 minutes and leaves the carpet wet for two days.
We are a working carpet cleaning company based in Orlando, Florida. We serve homes and businesses across Central Florida — from Winter Park to Kissimmee, from Winter Garden to Lake Nona. When you call, you talk to people who clean carpet for a living.
How we work
First, we look before we quote. You tell us about your carpet — rooms, stains, pets, what is bothering you — and we give you a straight quote. No "we have to see it" games to get a salesperson in your door. If the job needs an in-person look, we say so and the visit is free.
Second, we clean like it is our own home. Slow passes. Real pre-treatment on spots and traffic lanes. Hot water hot enough to do the job. Strong suction that pulls the dirty water back out. We groom the carpet when we are done and set up drying fans. The details are the job.
Third, we are honest about results. Some stains are permanent. Some carpet is worn past the point where cleaning helps. We will tell you that before you spend a dime, even if it costs us the job. We would rather lose one job than gain a customer who feels misled.
What we will not do
We will not quote one price on the phone and a higher price at your door. We will not leave soap in your carpet so it gets dirty faster and you have to call us back sooner. We will not tell you a stain will come out when we know it will not. And we will not disappear after the job — if something is not right, call us and we will make it right.
